Maybe if they put half as much energy into their bombastic, overblown, weakly written music, they might not have to expend so much energy litigating to maintain their lavish lifestyles.

What a bunch of pussies. I could almost sympathize for the Napster thing, but this is crap. If this lawsuit goes thru, then there will never be another song produced again. It will set a precedent that allows every group who has a hit album to sue every up and coming band for infringement of “chords”. Everyone uses everyone elses sound.… How the hell do you think that genres are formed? If I had the chance, I would go and slap each and everyone of these washed up hacks back into reality. Can we help it if the group only knows 2 chords? Metallica should have taken music lessons. I remember when they once had a style, now, it is just tired.
