Adobe Updates InDesign and InCopy

Updates address a host of issues, include earlier updates

Adobe has announced the avail­ablilty of updates for two CS2 appli­ca­tions, InDesign CS2 and InCopy CS2. They can be down­loaded immediately.

The update for InDesign CS2 is 41.0 MB, and is said to address the fol­low­ing key issues, amongst others:

Indexing, launch issues, trans­paren­cy, short­cuts, text and fonts, script­ing, inline graph­ics, InDesign Interchange (INX) files, German hyphen­ation, XML, library files, per­for­mance, QuickTime 7.x sup­port, print­ing, SING glyphlets, EPS export, text import

The update for InCopy CS2 is 38.8 MB, as is said to address these issues, and others:

cor­rup­tion, short­cuts, text and fonts, inline graph­ics, German hyphen­ation, per­for­mance, SING glyphlets, text import

The files will bring your ver­sions of InDesign CS2 and InCopy CS to to 4.0.3. They both include the inter­me­di­ate updates from 4.0.0.

    Somehow ger­man hyphen­ation is still bug­gy or not working.

    I wait for cor­rect ger­man hyphen­ation rules since Indesign CS, the only way seems to be to buy Dieckmann for Indesign.
    Or does some­body get “Urinstinkt” to seper­ate cor­rect­ly? There is many oth­er examples.
