Webinar Refund & Rescheduling Policy

If you can­not at­tend a live Webinar or eclass af­ter pur­chas­ing a tick­et you must can­cel in writ­ing (via e-mail). When you do so de­ter­mines your options:

  • If you no­ti­fy us at least two (2) weeks be­fore the start of the event, you will have the fol­low­ing options: 
    1. Receiving a full record­ing of the event that may be watched on­line at your leisure, with the abil­i­ty to pause, rewind, and fast-forward;
    2. Rolling over your reg­is­tra­tion to a fu­ture date for the same we­bi­nar or oth­er event;
    3. Or, re­ceiv­ing a full re­fund of the tick­et price.
  • If you no­ti­fy us less than two (2) weeks but more than three (3) days be­fore the start of the event, you will have the fol­low­ing options: 
    1. Receiving a full record­ing of the event that may be watched on­line at your leisure, with the abil­i­ty to pause, rewind, and fast-forward;
    2. Rolling over your reg­is­tra­tion to a fu­ture date for the same we­bi­nar or oth­er event;
    3. Or, re­ceiv­ing a re­fund of 50% of the paid tick­et price.
  • If you no­ti­fy us less than three (3) days be­fore the start of the event, you will re­ceive a full record­ing of the event that may be watched on­line at your leisure, with the abil­i­ty to pause, rewind, and fast-forward. You will not re­ceive a re­fund or resched­ule. This is be­cause our events have lim­it­ed seat­ing, and your tick­et pur­chase re­serves a seat that is not avail­able for others.

For video cours­es and record­ings of we­bi­na­rs all sales are final.
