Webinar Refund & Rescheduling Policy

If you cannot attend a live Webinar or eclass after purchasing a ticket you must cancel in writing (via e-mail). When you do so determines your options:

  • If you notify us at least two (2) weeks before the start of the event, you will have the following options:
    1. Receiving a full recording of the event that may be watched online at your leisure, with the ability to pause, rewind, and fast-forward;
    2. Rolling over your registration to a future date for the same webinar or other event;
    3. Or, receiving a full refund of the ticket price.
  • If you notify us less than two (2) weeks but more than three (3) days before the start of the event, you will have the following options:
    1. Receiving a full recording of the event that may be watched online at your leisure, with the ability to pause, rewind, and fast-forward;
    2. Rolling over your registration to a future date for the same webinar or other event;
    3. Or, receiving a refund of 50% of the paid ticket price.
  • If you notify us less than three (3) days before the start of the event, you will receive a full recording of the event that may be watched online at your leisure, with the ability to pause, rewind, and fast-forward. You will not receive a refund or reschedule. This is because our events have limited seating, and your ticket purchase reserves a seat that is not available for others.

For video courses and recordings of webinars all sales are final.
