Speaking as a designer, Halloween is my favorite annual holiday. Creative pros can have more fun with Halloween designs than with projects targeted to any other time of year. Maybe that’s why there are more Halloween-themed and -inspired typefaces than for any other holiday.
Each year I scour the globe, peeking into every dark corner, every creepy closet, and under the bed for free Halloween fonts–living or dead. I’ve found over 300 Halloween and Halloween-inspired fonts–and they’re all free! You can download each of them below in TrueType format for use on either Windows or Mac OS X. Have fun!
