Why? Because when you create a new site in Adobe GoLive 4, 5, and 6, it defaults the title–between the <TITLE></TITLE> tags–to “Welcome to Adobe GoLive [version number]”. More than 230,000 pages exist in which someone hasn’t take a moment to look at the browser title bar after creating his/her site.
For pete’s sake! Look up, people!
