This was helpful to give me a common language to communicate with our tech team. I have an understanding of the different terms and what is necessary for accessibility. It was very helpful. And as a non-technical person, it was a great experience for me to attend an advanced class and realize that I understood most of what was being addressed even if I didn’t necessarily understand how to actually implement it.
