If you’ve worked in Adobe applications for any length of time you probably already know that pressing TAB will hide (and then show) all opened palettes. Hiding all palettes provides an unobstructed view of the document, which is great for presenting in-person softproofs to clients.
What you may not know is that pressing SHIFT+TAB will hide all palettes except the Tools palette. This gives you both an uncluttered view, but also the ability to quickly change tools and perform basic tasks.
This trick works not only in InCopy, but all Adobe applications using palette interfaces.
