PORTLAND, OR–(CREATIVEPRO.COM)–July 28, 2005–Independent soft­ware devel­op­er, onOne Software, Inc. today announced the launch of their new com­pa­ny with the acqui­si­tion of sev­er­al pop­u­lar pro­duc­tiv­i­ty enhance­ment prod­ucts for Photoshop and QuarkXPress from Celartem, Inc. com­pa­nies Extensis and LizardTech. Products includ­ed in this pur­chase are pxl SmartScale, PhotoFrame, Intellihance Pro, Mask Pro, PhotoTools, and QX-Tools Pro from Extensis and the Genuine Fractals prod­uct line from LizardTech. Extensis and LizardTech will con­tin­ue to sup­port these prod­ucts until July 31, 2005 when onOne Software will take con­trol of all afore­men­tioned titles.

After pur­chas­ing these prod­ucts from Celartem, Inc, onOne Software will imme­di­ate­ly begin devel­op­ment of new fea­tures and improve­ments to sev­er­al of these prod­ucts. Each of the Photoshop plug-ins are already com­pat­i­ble with Adobe Photoshop CS2 as well as Mac OS X Tiger.
