That’s right. I’m back. I’m back in green. The I Am Pariah blog’s back. Saturday Slant’s back. The Memes List is back.

I’ve bro­ken free of Interland’s strangle-hold (see here, here, and here) and moved onto a respon­si­ble, customer-service-oriented web host. After a whole mess the last 48 hours where the domain kept ping-ponging back and forth between the old and new servers, it appears to have sta­blized to where it should be.

Then the spam start­ed. Hundreds of com­ment spams per hour. I think I’ve got it licked, though.

The blog’s run­ning on WordPress, too, which is so much eas­i­er to work with and mod­i­fy than MoveableType.

The Quark • InDesign cat­e­go­ry, one of the most pop­u­lar parts of this site for years, has been spun off into its own domain and brand iden­ti­ty, Quark VS InDesign.

And, now that I’m free of the Interland’s bull­shit and their sub­vis­sive down­grad­ing of crit­i­cal sys­tems, you can com­ment on this blog again!

The Memes List will be updat­ed (includ­ing an over­due thor­ough scrub­bing) by next week.

And, by pop­u­lar demand, the Saturday Slant is back. This sat­ur­day will be first post of year 3 for this, one of the longest run­ning memes in the blogosphere.
