ProScale ID is a scal­ing util­i­ty unlike any oth­er and a quick look will let you know why we call it Pro. Speed, accu­ra­cy and sta­bil­i­ty are only the begin­ning. It’s the only scal­ing tool with IntelliScale Technology which allows InDesign users to scale non-proportionally with­out dis­tort­ing type and graph­ics, whether using a click-and-drag tool or the ProScale dialog.

ProScale even scales your Style Sheets and guides. You can choose to scale only the text box­es, text size, run-arounds, line weight, style sheets, graph­ics, tabs, or any com­bi­na­tion thereof.

You can eas­i­ly scale a selec­tion to A4, A5, 1 col­umn, 2 columns, busi­ness card size, 1/3 page, 1/2 page, let­ter size, tabloid size, etc. by select­ing the desired size from the pop-up menu. Companies that need to pre­pare mate­ri­als for US and European pub­li­ca­tions can now do so eas­i­ly. ProScale also allows you to to scale an ele­ment or group of ele­ments to dif­fer­ent stepped sizes quick­ly and eas­i­ly to see how size vari­a­tions affect a design.

ProScale rounds your fonts to the near­est half point ‹ and this fea­ture is more than sim­ple aes­thet­ics. Every RIP is built in half point incre­ments, so if your fonts are in half point sizes it ensures the fastest out­put possible.
