Quark Customers Help Redesign QuarkStore for Improved Online Shopping Experience

DENVER–(THE DESIGN WEBLOG)–31 August, 2004–Feedback from Quark cus­tomers guid­ed Quark“s redesign of its online shop­ping site, QuarkStore, which is now open and ready for business. 

Quark rep­re­sen­ta­tives act­ed on the advice of their cus­tomers. Now, new tools help cus­tomers track their orders and access such impor­tant infor­ma­tion as ser­i­al num­bers, val­i­da­tion codes, and licens­ing sta­tus. Online shop­pers can cre­ate sales quotes, save and edit them as need­ed, and use them to make pur­chas­es later.

“More and more, cus­tomers depend on the Internet to buy and man­age their soft­ware appli­ca­tions,” Wirz-Grutter said, adding that goals of the redesign includ­ed help­ing cus­tomers locate, order, and upgrade Quark prod­ucts faster and eas­i­er than before, which will save time and pro­tect their invest­ment in their desk­top and enter­prise soft­ware solutions.

    Just vis­it­ed it. It is, in fact, eas­i­er and clear­er to use than before. Following links to prod­ucts gets you sim­ple prod­uct descrip­tions and clear pric­ing infor­ma­tion. QuarkStore before was kind of a maze.

    Good on Quark for this improvement.
