Quark Opens Technical Support Center in Denver Headquarters

DENVER, CO – November 14, 2007 – Quark Inc. announced today that the com­pa­ny has opened a new tech­ni­cal sup­port cen­ter in its cor­po­rate head­quar­ters in Denver, Colorado. The cen­ter now serves both cur­rent Desktop and Enterprise clients in North America and is staffed by a team that is trained to pro­vide English-language tech­ni­cal sup­port for all Quark products. 

The Denver tech­ni­cal sup­port cen­ter was estab­lished in response to cus­tomer feed­back and is the lat­est addi­tion to Quark’s glob­al sup­port net­work, which strives to pro­vide Quark cus­tomers with free, fast and sim­ple res­o­lu­tion to tech­ni­cal issues. Quark tech­ni­cal sup­port teams are also locat­ed in Chandigarh, India and Neuchatel, Switzerland.

Customers using Quark prod­ucts in North America who call Technical Support (800–676-4575, option two) now con­nect direct­ly with Quark’s Denver team Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time. After-hours sup­port is avail­able through the same num­ber and is pro­vid­ed by Quark’s tech­ni­cal sup­port team in India. 

In addi­tion, Quark has launched a live online sup­port fea­ture for Quark Desktop prod­ucts, where users can chat with a tech­ni­cal expert and resolve issues in real-time.     Good Luck. Try to down­load a demo of quark 7.x and had prob­lems. Called them three times and E‑mail them twice. Still haven’t been able to down­load their prod­uct. I give up. I’m stay­ing with adobe.
